Terms & Conditions

• The scope of this proposal does not include any supply of hardware, Windows® operating system, or backend software licenses.
• 50% Payment should be made in advance along with work order and rest 50% Payment will be charged after completion of the project and before the project deliver / goes live on server.
• The project time frame suggested is purely dependent on the co-operation of the Client in making available the right resources and personnel.
• The cost and deliverables quoted is purely dependent on Client requirement as specified in this proposal. Any change in the scope or specification will affect the cost and delivery schedule in the project.
• Co-operation of your management is must to complete the project in stipulated time period.
• Warranty will be against bugs in the application, for a period of 6 months from the implementation sign-up.
• 3 revisions will be given on the design and will be finalized for the development.
• Content in softcopy will be faster for complete the work.
• This prices are valid for 1(One) month.
